Overview

By placing an order through The Simple Shake website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before you check out. If you have any questions, reach out to us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

Ordering process

Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via WhatsApp. After you submit an order, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your order number and a summary. Your order is only confirmed once we send that message.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if an item is out of stock or if we are unable to reach your delivery location. In that case, we will contact you immediately.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in both USD and Lebanese Pounds (LBP). The LBP amount is calculated based on the current exchange rate at the time of your order. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment is cash on delivery only. Please have the exact amount ready when the delivery arrives. We do not accept card payments or online transfers at this time.

Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery fees vary by location and are shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a general guide. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, time of day, and order volume. We will contact you on WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.

If no one is available to receive the order at your address, we will contact you. If we are unable to complete the delivery after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled.

Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are freshly made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

If you receive the wrong item or there is a quality issue with your order, contact us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will do our best to make it right. Customer satisfaction is something we take seriously.

Allergens and dietary information

Some of our products contain common allergens including milk, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. Allergen information is displayed on each product where applicable. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you appropriately. Our products are prepared in a shared kitchen environment and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of any allergen.

Store hours

We accept orders during our listed operating hours. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the following day. Our current hours are shown on the website and may change during holidays or special occasions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
